Mr. Allen is retired 25 year federal law enforcement officer with various amounts of critical incidents street experience. He has also attained 40 years of training in the Martial Sciences and has received certification from several world renowned masters of the martial sciences. 

As a special Agent, Mr. Allen has also been a senior instructor, lecturing and training in Close Quarter Intervention as well as Arrest and control techniques at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia for 15 years.

He currently teaches dynamic extreme close quarter intervention while administering lectures on combat stress and how it affects performance during a lethal force encounters to Federal, State and local Law Enforcement. Mr. Allen also lectures and trains college campus police departments throughout the country.
